THE CLOCK

It came to my studio uninvited and stood forlorn and forgotten in a corner. Nothing to be done; old, destroyed and useless. The owner made me a challenge and after a while , I felt inspired. It now works and although the original hour work was long gone; with a little cheating, the clock tells the time. With a sense of humour; creating something new from something old. The clock is as beautiful as it ever was.
